Terms of Use
Effective date: August 15, 2026
By using Golf Habit Tracker, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
The service
Golf Habit Tracker helps individual golfers record courses, practices, rounds, tournaments, and statistics. It is a personal tracking tool and is not an official handicap, tournament-scoring, coaching, medical, or safety service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing scorecard-import results, course details, hole pars, and logged statistics before relying on them. Optical character recognition and course information may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Subscriptions and trials
Golf Habit Tracker Plus and Golf Habit Tracker Gold are each offered through auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app in your App Store currency before purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive the introductory trial displayed at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial golf tracking. You may not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it in a way that violates law or another party’s rights.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app reliable and offline-capable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of App Store, purchase, external-link, or device services.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of local data, inaccurate imported information, or decisions made from app statistics. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home country. Questions can be sent through the support form.
